Patrick Coccodrilli, CPA, is a Partner at Marks Paneth & Shron LLP. Bringing more than 20 years of tax experience to the position, Mr. Coccodrilli is responsible for providing tax advisory services to individuals, investment partnerships, and a broad range of commercial enterprises. His areas of specialty include fiduciary accounting and taxation as well as tax planning and preparation for high net worth individuals and investment partnerships. He is also very experienced serving clients in the financial services industry, especially hedge funds.
Mr. Coccodrilli was a partner at Leipziger & Breskin LLP – a Manhattan-based accounting firm that combined with Marks Paneth & Shron in 2006. Mr. Coccodrilli is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs. Over the years, he has donated a great deal of time and accounting expertise in support of charitable organizations.
Patrick Coccodrilli holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University and is licensed to practice public accounting in New York. Based at Marks Paneth & Shron’s midtown Manhattan headquarters, he resides in Lindenhurst, New York.
