Robert Feldman, CPA, brings 30 years of experience to his role as Partner at Marks Paneth & Shron LLP. With deep expertise in the real estate industry and professional services arenas, Mr. Feldman assists clients by providing a broad range of accounting, tax planning and advisory services. His specialties include helping his clients to structure partnership agreements and advising them on real estate transactions. Mr. Feldman is also very experienced serving clients in the financial services industry, especially hedge funds.

Mr. Feldman began his career at Arthur Andersen where he worked as a senior accountant in the firm’s small business division. He then moved to Leipziger & Breskin LLP, a Manhattan-based accounting firm that combined with Marks Paneth & Shron. At Leipziger & Breskin, Mr. Feldman contributed significantly to the evolution of the firm as a Managing Partner.

Mr. Feldman is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA). He is licensed to practice public accounting in New York.

Mr. Feldman holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York and has completed post-baccalaureate studies in taxation at Baruch College, also of the City University of New York. Mr. Feldman is based at Marks Paneth & Shron’s New York City headquarters. He maintains dual residences in Manhattan and Quogue, New York.
