John Unterreiner II, CPA

John Unterreiner II, CPA, is a Partner at Marks Paneth & Shron LLP. He joined the firm in 1993.

Mr. Unterreiner’s specialties include audits, reviews, and compilations. In addition, he has worked on issues involving HUD.

He has held the position of Secretary and Vice President of the Heckscher Model Sailboat Club and won several Heckscher Model Sailboat Club Championships as well as a national ACCR race with radio controlled sailboats. Mr. Unterreiner has also served on the firm’s volleyball team.

Mr. Unterreiner is a member of the American institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned his BBA in accounting from Hofstra University.

He divides his time between the firm’s Manhattan and Westchester offices. Mr. Unterreiner resides in Harrison, New York.
