Alexander X. Wang, CPA, MST, is a Partner at Marks Paneth & Shron LLP specializing in corporate tax. In this capacity, Mr. Wang provides a broad range of tax consulting, planning and compliance services to both publicly traded and privately held multinational companies.

Mr. Wang serves businesses in a wide variety of industries including high technology, insurance agency, wholesale and distribution and financial services. He also has extensive experience meeting the tax compliance and planning needs of S corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies (LLCs) and high-net-worth individuals. Further, he provides US GAAP consulting services to public companies in connection with FAS Statement No. 109, Financial Accounting Reporting for Income Taxes, as well as FIN 48, Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes.

Mr. Wang has very extensive corporate tax experience, having worked in the federal, state and local and international tax areas. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wang worked in various tax specialist positions for a Big Four professional services firm and Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from New York University Stern School of Business and a Master of Science in Taxation (MST) from Baruch College of the City University of New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

He is licensed to practice in both New York and Colorado. Mr. Wang is based in Marks Paneth & Shron's midtown Manhattan headquarters. He resides in Forest Hills, New York.
