Paul Bercovici, LL.B., is a Director at Marks Paneth & Shron LLP. Mr. Bercovici specializes in international tax matters including advising US individuals on the income tax implications associated with working and living outside of the United States. He also advises foreign individuals on the income tax implications associated with working and living in the US. Further, he assists foreign and domestic corporations with structuring their US and offshore operations.

Immediately prior to joining the firm in 2009, Mr. Bercovici had his own law practice, which focused primarily on income tax matters. He also has spent many years working at Big Four accounting firms both in Toronto, Ontario and in New York City.

Mr. Bercovici is licensed to practice law in New York State and in the Province of Ontario. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor.

Mr. Bercovici is based in Marks Paneth & Shron’s midtown Manhattan headquarters and resides in Larchmont, New York.
