Alyssa Forslund, JD, serves as General Counsel of Marks Paneth & Shron LLP.

Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Ms. Forslund worked at a New York City law firm specializing in litigation. She is admitted to the bar in New York State. Ms. Forslund is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.

Ms. Forslund has authored material on various industry topics. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Union College and a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School. Ms. Forslund is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Ms. Forslund is based in Marks Paneth & Shron’s midtown Manhattan headquarters. She resides in Huntington, New York.
