Brian L. Fox, CPA
Chief Financial Officer

Brian L. Fox, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Marks Paneth & Shron LLP. In this role, he heads the firm’s internal accounting, credit and collection and cash management functions. He works closely with the firm’s managing partners and plays a key role in strategic planning.

Prior to joining Marks Paneth & Shron, Mr. Fox spent several years as the chief financial officer of an environmental engineering and commercial contracting firm based in Hartford, Connecticut. He was also the divisional chief financial officer of a construction management and real estate development firm based in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Mr. Fox began his career in public accounting, working in the assurance and business advisory services division of a global professional services firm. He was based in that firm’s Hartford, Connecticut and West Palm Beach, Florida offices.

Mr. Fox holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut as well as a Master's degree in General Management (with a concentration in Finance) from Harvard University. He is a licensed as a certified public accountant in New York and Connecticut. He is based in the firm’s midtown Manhattan headquarters.
