Vivian Martinez, CPA, is a Director at Marks Paneth & Shron LLP. Ms. Martinez focuses on serving commercial and residential real estate clients as well as co-ops and low income housing. She is responsible for planning and supervising audit engagements and assists clients with many types of real estate transactions include acquisitions and dispositions. She advises clients on all facets of accounting and tax issues.

Ms. Martinez has nearly 15 years of experience in public accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of CPAs. She is also a member of Real Estate Committee, Nassau Chapter.

Ms. Martinez holds a Bachelors of Science from Queens College. She is licensed to practice public accounting in New York. She divides her time between the firm’s Manhattan and Long Island offices.
