Phillip joined MP&S as an associate shortly after graduating from college. "In some ways, everyone here is treated like a partner. It's a big-firm situation in terms of the sophistication of the work, but there's a small firm feel, in a good way. Dawn Rhodes
Dawn started at one of MP&S's predecessor firms right out of college and has been here ever since. She’s currently a senior manager in the real estate practice. She appreciates that a growing firm is able to provide real opportunities for professional enrichment and advancement for employees on flex schedules. "I have two children to whom I am committed. My colleagues and managers worked with me to design a way to spend the time I need with my family and also make a significant contribution to the firm and our clients."
