Diane Paoletta, CPA, MBA, is the Chief Marketing Officer at Marks Paneth LLP. To this role, she brings more than 25 years’ experience in marketing strategy, planning and business development, and has helped numerous companies achieve business goals with innovative marketing programs that achieve measurable success. Ms. Paoletta’s experience spans a wide range of industries and company sizes – from Fortune 500 to entrepreneurial, privately-held firms.
As the firm’s Chief Marketing Officer, Ms. Paoletta is responsible for marketing, communications and business development activities – including the identification of market development opportunities; the implementation of marketing plans in alignment with strategic objectives; and stewardship of the Marks Paneth brand.
Ms. Paoletta has been published in industry trade journals and is a co-contributor to Bulls Eye! The Ultimate How-to Marketing & Sales Guide for CPAs. Her recent volunteer activity included supporting the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) New York Chapter and serving as a mentor to female professionals at the BizJournal’s Mentoring Monday program.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Paoletta served as a Marketing Director at a top ten national accounting provider and as Chief Marketing Officer for a top 50 regional accounting firm. In addition, Ms. Paoletta has held progressive marketing roles at several Fortune 500 companies.
She is based in Marks Paneth’s New York City headquarters and resides in Manhattan.
