The Office of Management and Budget's (“OMB”)’s Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (“Uniform Guidance”) combined eight OMB Circulars into one comprehensive set of regulations.
The Uniform Guidance includes significant changes to the way nonprofit organizations administer federal awards. Failure to comply with the applicable sections of the Uniform Guidance could result in audit findings and noncompliance with federal regulations.
