Transactional Tax Specialist Joins Marks Paneth as Partner
May 22, 2014David R. Gette, CPA has joined the firm as a tax partner.
Mr. Gette brings over 20 years of tax experience and has an extensive background advising private equity funds and public and private companies on the tax implications of domestic and cross-border transactions. He has represented clients in all aspects of federal taxation including acquisitions, dispositions, internal restructurings, joint ventures, post-deal integration and other capital-related matters. Mr. Gette also possesses sell-side experience, providing assistance with deal process preparation as well as tax planning and structuring for potential sale transactions.
