Alvin is a Managing Director at CBIZ Marks Paneth. In this role he provides tax planning, consulting and preparation services for individuals, partnerships, corporations and foundations. In addition, Alvin plays a key role in many of the Real Estate Group’s largest attest engagements, with a heavy focus on bond certifications, cost certifications and operational audits.
During the course of his more than 15-year career in public accounting, Alvin has developed deep expertise in low-income housing tax credits, advising clients on the many complex compliance challenges associated with these incentives. He began his career with CBIZ Marks Paneth in 2004 as an intern, and over the years has developed deep relationships within the New York City real estate industry that enable him to confidently serve the investors, developers, property managers, asset managers, and other real estate clientele.
