Lisa W. Tenore, CPA, is a Partner in the Financial Advisory Services group at Marks Paneth LLP. She directs computer services including interpreting, processing and preparing client data for submission or presentation. She has more than 15 years of analytical experience using SAS, spreadsheets and database applications to validate, process, format and prepare complex calculations on client data. Her client engagements have included managing all aspects of data analysis and estimated duty calculations related to antidumping and countervailing duty investigations for the US Department of Commerce, the European Commission, the Ministry of Commerce for the People's Republic of China and the Departamento de Defesa Comercial in Brazil. She was a principal at ITR LLC, a Washington, DC-based accounting firm that combined with Marks Paneth in 2014

Ms. Tenore’s deep background also includes experience serving as a computer capacity planner for the US Department of Justice. In that role, she was responsible for data analysis and validation related to the performance and cost effectiveness of departmental computer systems and applications. She also served as a Captain in the US Air Force specializing in computers and communications.

Ms. Tenore has performed extensive computer-based dumping margin analyses and has worked with clients to prepare price monitoring systems.  She has also provided training on dumping margin calculation and in ­SAS basics for dumping.
