Tim is a Managing Director located in our New York City office who has been serving clients since 1989. A CPA, he primarily serves clients in the real estate industry. He also provides estate and income tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and works closely with professionals in the company's tax practice.
Tim has assisted many of his clients in structuring new entities, including partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies. He works with his clients to plan IRC 1031 tax deferred exchanges as well as Opportunity Zone investing.
Prior to joining CBIZ Marks Paneth, Tim worked in private industry for Viacom and MTV Networks, where he was part of their accounting and financial reporting department.
