Steven D. Sacks is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Marks Paneth LLP.  Steve brings more than 25 years of experience in a wide range of HR activities. He is adept at orchestrating and inspiring teams to achieve outstanding performance and attain challenging goals, and has helped numerous organizations achieve their business objectives by optimizing operations, creatively managing professional teams, designing process improvements and implementing cost savings strategies.

As the firm’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Mr. Sacks is responsible for all HR and employee communications activities – including recruiting, compensation, employee relations, performance management, talent management, and succession planning.

Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Mr. Sacks served as a Human Resources Director at a top ten national accounting provider as well as one of the “Big Four” accounting and auditing firms, where he developed his exceptional leadership and relationship building skills.
