Welcome to the Marks Paneth Employee Portal. The portal
provides remote access to the various software applications and data used
by Marks Paneth.
VPN
VPN allows Marks Paneth issued laptop to connect to the firm's
network from outside the office via a secure connection. It allows
users to browse the network and use most of the firm's applications from
their local machine while working remotely.
The VPN client is pre-installed on all Marks Paneth laptops and
can be launched from Start - All Programs - Cisco - Cisco AnyConnect Secure
Mobility.

After entering your office VPN path, login using your network
login credentials and secondary password from Duo mobile app on your phone,
please contact the Helpdesk if you have not enrolled to the Duo mobile app.
Citrix
Citrix enables Marks Paneth employees to securely access the Firm¡¯s network
via a web browser while working from a remote location.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster x86-bit or x64-bit processor with SSE2 instruction set. 2 GB RAM, 3.0 GB available disk space, 1280 x 800 screen resolution.
- Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 10 Server, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, or Windows Server 2008 R2. For the best experience, use the latest version of any operating system.
- The current or immediately previous version of Internet Explorer
- The current Citrix Receiver client

GFR
GFR enables Marks Paneth employees to securely
access documents located in the Firm¡¯s electronic file room.
Minimum Requirements:
- The 32- or 64-bit version of Windows? 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 7, Server 2012 R2, Server 2012, or Server 2008 R2.
- A broadband or persistent, high-speed internet connection is required. We recommend a dedicated, high-speed business class connection.
- Microsoft? Internet Explorer? 11 with Compatibility View enabled; 32-bit version
- The 32- or 64-bit version of Microsoft Office 2016, 2013, 2010 or 2007 is required to take advantage of integration with Office applications and other features.
- GoFileRoom requires Adobe Acrobat version X or higher (Standard or Professional edition) to take advantage of integration with PDF files.
Please use Internet Explorer 32 bit for GFR (GFR does not support IE
64 bit and other browsers)
To login to GFR, click GFR login.
Login is users email address; password is set by user upon first login.
Outlook Web Access
Outlook Web Access enables Marks Paneth employees to securely
access the Firm¡¯s email system to compose and read email messages. It
also allows access to the address book and calendar.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster x86-bit or x64-bit processor with SSE2 instruction set. 2 GB RAM, 3.0 GB available disk space, 1280 x 800 screen resolution.
- Graphics hardware acceleration requires a DirectX 10 graphics card.
- Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 10 Server, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, or Windows Server 2008 R2. For the best experience, use the latest version of any operating system.
- The current or immediately previous version of Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
- .NET 3.5 required. Some features may require .NET 4.0 or 4.5 CLR to also be installed.
