Chaim is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Group located in our New York City headquarters, who has been serving clients since 2011. A CPA, he focuses on providing accounting, audit, review and agreed-upon-procedure services to real estate owners, developers, management companies and joint ventures of commercial and residential properties. Chaim performs audits of financial statements and operating escalations (OPEX), Industrial and Commercial Abatement Program Cost Certification (ICAP), and NYC Schedule of Income and Expense certiorari filings. He has also provided audit and tax services to nonprofits by addressing their unique regulatory, financial and compliance requirements.
