Newly-appointed New York City Deputy Mayor for Operations Cas Holloway will be the featured speaker at a breakfast forum entitled Operating New York City. The event will be moderated by Elizabeth Spiers, Editor-In-Chief of The New York Observer, and Ken Fisher, a member of the law firm of Cozen O'Connor, on Thursday, October 6, at 8:00 AM-9:30AM, at 101 Club located at 101 Park Avenue (at 40th Street) in Manhattan. Holloway will discuss the opportunities and challenges he sees for city operations as he settles into his new role.
