Neil Sonenberg, Partner in our Real Estate Group, was quoted in Real Estate Weekly in an article titled, “Millionaires Woe as Mansion Tax Threatens Softening Housing Market.” In the article, he discusses the tax implications on the real estate market after New York City Mayor, Bill de Blasio, has revived a mansion tax proposal for homes worth $2 million or higher.
