Eric Kreuter, Partner, Marks Paneth’s Advisory Services Group, was published as a co-author in the December 27 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article, entitled “Emotional Healing During Criminal Sentencing,” discusses in detail the victim impact statement, and how much the victim’s desires should affect sentencing, if at all. Mr. Kreuter’s collaborators were Joshua Wurtzel, a rising partner at Schlam Stone & Dolan; Maranda Demaj, a supervisor at Marks Paneth; and Angela Li, an associate at Schlam Stone & Dolan.
