Anya l. Naschak Promoted to Director In Marks Paneth’s Advisory Services Group

WASHINGTON, D.C. (December 7, 2021) – Top 50 accounting, tax and advisory firm Marks Paneth LLP, has announced that Anya L. Naschak has been promoted to Director in the firm’s Advisory Services Group.

Based on more than 20 years’ experience, Ms. Naschak brings a wealth of knowledge in international trade issues facing businesses today - focusing on antidumping duty matters before the U.S. Department of Commerce.

She is a key support to Marks Paneth clients worldwide in managing their antidumping cases related to steel, agricultural products and consumer goods as well as advising on resulting ramifications to these clients’ businesses. Her experience includes antidumping investigations of a wide variety of products working with small, medium, and large companies in Asia, Europe, Australia, and South America. Ms. Naschak’s background includes several years as a Senior International Trade Analyst for the U.S. Department of Commerce, and more than ten years at a prominent international law firm working directly with respondent companies in preparing their responses to the U.S. government in antidumping proceedings. She joined Marks Paneth as a Senior Manager, Trade Analyst in 2020. Ms. Naschak is based out of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. She is a member of Women in International Trade (WIIT).
