CBIZ Marks Paneth Promotes New Managing Directors
February 18, 2022New York, NY (February 18, 2022) – CBIZ Marks Paneth, which provides a full range of accounting, tax and consulting services to a wide range of industries, has announced the promotion of the following professionals to managing director, effective January 1, 2022:
Anthony DelValle, Real Estate Group, provides accounting, tax planning and advisory services to his commercial and residential real estate clients. Mr. DelValle also brings extensive experience with tax planning, consultation and preparation for high-net-worth individuals and their closely held businesses, including partnerships and limited liability companies. He is based in CBIZ Marks Paneth’s midtown Manhattan headquarters.
Michael P. Jones, Commercial Business Group, provides accounting services to privately owned, closely-held businesses in various industries. He also specializes in employee benefit plans. As a Shareholder in Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. (MHM), Mr. Jones provides audit services to his clients. He is based in the business unit’s Philadelphia office.
Jennifer Prendamano, Tax Services Group, manages tax controversy matters at the federal, state and local levels, as well as strategic state tax planning and consulting. She handles complex state and local tax (SALT) issues for large corporations and high-net-worth individuals. She also performs state and local income tax and sales tax nexus studies. Ms. Prendamano is based in the business unit’s Woodbury office.
Georgia Stamelos, Commercial Business Group, provides accounting and tax services to privately owned, closely-held businesses and their principals, in industries such as wholesale distribution, construction and professional services. As a Shareholder in MHM, she also performs audit services. Ms. Stamelos is based in the business unit’s Parsippany, NJ office.
Rafael Vasquez, Real Estate Group, serves commercial and residential real estate clients, as well as real estate management companies. He provides accounting services to real estate investment trusts (REITs) and private real estate companies. As a Shareholder in MHM, he also provides audit services for clients. He is based in the business unit’s midtown Manhattan headquarters.
