Boris Pritsker, CPA, MBA, is a Director in the Private Client Services Group at Marks Paneth LLP. To this role, he brings 25 years of experience in tax services for high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, investment partnerships, S and C corporations and LLCs.
Mr. Pritsker has extensive knowledge of individual, corporate and partnership tax law and compliance requirements. He specializes in strategic tax planning and advises his clients on complex federal and multi-state tax issues. He joined Paneth Haber & Zimmerman LLP (a predecessor firm) in 1998. Prior to entering the public accounting field, he worked as a mathematics teacher in Kiev, Ukraine.
Mr. Pritsker is based in the firm’s New York City headquarters.
