Robert McGuinness, CPA

Robert McGuinness, CPA, is a Director in the Commercial Business Group at Marks Paneth LLP. To this role, he brings 40 years of accounting experience, specializing in assisting large organizations with tax planning, analysis and compliance.

Prior to joining Marks Paneth, Mr. McGuinness was the President/Director of a CPA firm specializing in corporate taxation, where he provided compliance, planning, reporting and audit services to multinational clients. His additional responsibilities included federal, state, local and foreign tax return preparation, transfer pricing analysis, audit and appeal negotiations and settlements, tax planning, reporting and client relations.

He is based out of the firm’s New Jersey office.
