Eric Kreuter, Ph.D., CPA, CGMA, CFE, CBA, is a Partner in the Advisory Services group at Marks Paneth LLP. He specializes in litigation and forensic services, including commercial damages and fraud investigations. His background also includes management, human resources and other consulting services. He is well-versed in all facets of the construction industry.
Dr. Kreuter has worked in professional services firms since 1983 and was also a founding shareholder in a CPA firm. He has testified as an expert witness in state courts and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court as well as arbitrations and depositions. He has written seven books, several book chapters and numerous articles covering a wide range of topics.
Dr. Kreuter is currently an Adjunct Professor in the Graduate Finance Program at Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY and teaches Forensic Accounting. He previously served as an Associate Professor at Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY, where he taught graduate classes in Human Resource Management. He also served as a volunteer at the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility and the Taconic Correctional Facility in Bedford Hills, NY.
