Vivian is a Managing Director at CBIZ Marks Paneth. She focuses on serving commercial and residential real estate clients as well as co-ops and low-income housing units. Vivian assists clients with many types of real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions. She advises her clients on all facets of accounting and tax issues.
Vivian has approximately 20 years of experience in public accounting. As a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese, she is a member of the cross-disciplinary team of professionals who provide international services to foreign clients. As a Shareholder in MHM*, Vivian also performs audit services for her clients.
