Diane G. Kranz, CPA, is a Senior Consultant at Marks Paneth LLP. She has over 50 years of experience, specializing in individual, estate and trust tax and accounting issues.
After receiving her degree in Business Administration from Baruch College, Diane worked for Robert Simons & Company, CPAs, where she supervised the preparation of fiduciary and individual income tax returns and for the law offices of Morris & McVeigh. She formed her own firm in 1970.
Ms. Kranz is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the states of New York, Connecticut and Florida. A former member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Society of CPAs and a former chairperson of their Fiduciary Accounting Committee, Diane has also lectured at New York University Woman School, New York University of Tax Institute, City Community College and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. She serves on the board of several not-for-profit organizations.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants.
