Chaim Zeitchik, CPA, is a Director in the Real Estate Group with more than 10 years of experience providing accounting, audit, review and agreed-upon-procedures services to real estate owners, developers, management companies and joint ventures of commercial and residential properties. Mr. Zeitchik performs audits of financial statements and operating escalations (OPEX), Industrial and Commercial Abatement Program Cost Certification (ICAP) and NYC Schedule of Income and Expense certiorari filings.

Mr. Zeitchik’s background also includes providing audit and tax services to nonprofits and assisting these organizations in fulfilling their missions by addressing their unique regulatory, financial and compliance requirements.

Mr. Zeitchik is a member of the firm’s CPE committee working closely with the firm’s Professional Standards Group to ensure strict adherence to accounting and auditing standards. He is based out of Marks Paneth’s New York City headquarters.
