Harry Moehringer Reelected Managing Partner of Marks Paneth
January 2, 2020New York, NY (January 2, 2020) – Top 100 accounting, tax and advisory firm Marks Paneth LLP has reelected Harry Moehringer as Managing Partner for a third consecutive term. Mr. Moehringer has a well-earned reputation as a visionary leader and has played a pivotal role in building Marks Paneth into the premier accounting firm it is today. In recognition of his innovative leadership, he was named one of Accounting Today’s 2019 Managing Partner Elite.
Mr. Moehringer has spent his 40-year career at Marks Paneth and has led the firm through a period of progressive growth. As Managing Partner, he chairs the firm’s Executive Committee and plays a major role in developing strategy, setting policy and overseeing acquisitions. Prior to becoming Managing Partner in 2012, he served as the Partner-in-Charge of the firm's Real Estate practice.

Under his leadership, the firm has increased revenues, provided new service offerings and expanded its geographic reach, including the launch of a new Technology Services Group, the opening of a new Philadelphia office and the expansion of its Financial Services practice. Mr. Moehringer has also focused on attracting and retaining the right talent, with the goal of increasing resources across the firm’s core industries, including real estate, high-net-worth, tax advisory and nonprofit.
