Lisa Minniti-Soska Joins Marks Paneth As Partner In Real Estate Group
October 21, 2020New York, NY (October 21, 2020) – Top 100 accounting, tax and advisory firm Marks Paneth LLP, has announced that Lisa Minniti-Soska has joined the firm as a Partner in the Real Estate Group. She is based in the firm’s Philadelphia office.
For more than two decades, Ms. Minniti-Soska has had extensive experience serving general construction, construction management, homebuilders and specialty contractor clients. She is adept at delivering accounting and auditing services, including tax preparation and planning, business consulting, forecasts and projections, capital and debt financing, and mergers and acquisitions support. Her impressive construction area expertise is an important complement to the firm’s preeminent Real Estate Group, one of the oldest and largest practice groups within the firm.
