Wren Nessle Buck is a Director in the Advisory Services group at Marks Paneth LLP. To this role, she brings more than 20 years of experience with international trade – focusing on antidumping duty cases before the U.S. Department of Commerce, as well as cases before The Ministry of Commerce in the People’s Republic of China.

Ms. Nessle Buck assists counsel in the interpretation, processing and preparation of client information for submission to the investigating agency or to aid the client in strategic planning. She is a certified SAS programmer with deep experience and understanding of the U.S. and other agencies’ antidumping calculations. A representative sample of Ms. Nessle Buck’s experience includes antidumping investigations of softwood lumber from Canada (IV and V), hot-rolled steel from Japan, crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from the People’s Republic of China and oil country tubular goods from Korea and Ukraine.

Ms. Nessle Buck previously served as a Supervisor with ITR, LLC, a Washington, D.C.-based accounting firm that combined with Marks Paneth in 2014. Prior to that, she was an Analytical Associate with Economists Incorporated.

Ms. Nessle Buck holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Mathematics from Bryn Mawr College.
