Marks Paneth’s Warren Ruppel Appointed to Lead Government Practice
March 9, 2017Leading accounting, tax and advisory firm, Marks Paneth LLP, announced today that Warren Ruppel, Partner in the firm’s midtown Manhattan headquarters, was appointed Practice Leader for Government Services.

Mr. Ruppel has more than 35 years of experience in accounting and auditing for governmental entities and nonprofits. Prior to joining Marks Paneth, he served as the Assistant Comptroller for Accounting of The City of New York, where he was responsible for all aspects of the City's accounting and financial reporting. He has also previously served as the CFO of a nonprofit organization, and has more than 10 years’ experience serving nonprofits and governmental entities at “Big Four” accounting firms.
