Marks Paneth Promotes Five Professionals to Director

Raymond Blake, Nonprofit, Government & Healthcare Group, specializes in providing accounting, auditing and consulting services a wide array of nonprofit clients, such as social service organizations, childcare service organizations, rehabilitation facilities, and fundraising and membership organizations, including those requiring audits pursuant to OMB Circular A-133 and now under the new Uniform Guidance.
Russel Ephraim, Private Client Services Group, specializes in tax planning and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals and businesses. He also has extensive knowledge of federal and multi-state taxation for partnerships, trusts and estates and foundations.
Evelyn Gokhberg, Commercial Business Group, specializes corporate and partnership taxation, working with clients in industries such as apparel, manufacturing/distribution and advertising. In addition, Ms. Gokhberg provides accounting and financial reporting services for small and mid-size businesses.
Sindy Kwan, Private Client Services Group, specializes in tax planning, compliance and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, with additional expertise in fiduciary trust tax preparation, corporate taxation and multi-state tax issues for individual taxpayers.
Eduard Suleymanov, Real Estate Group, specializes in accounting, tax planning, and advisory services for commercial and residential real estate owners. His experience also includes tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses, including partnerships and limited liability companies.
