In partnership with Moses & Singer, Marks Paneth tax principals Steven Eliach and Mark Baran will present a tax reform seminar for financial advisors and their high-net-worth clients on March 1, 2018. The seminar will focus on how high-net-worth taxpayers should approach both individual and corporate tax changes, such as:

  • Changes to carried interest

  • Caps on SALT and mortgage interest deductions

  • Limitations on like-kind exchanges

  • New deduction for pass-through entities

  • Provisions impacting Gift and Estate Planning

  • Changes to employee compensation and fringe benefits
