Magdalena Czerniawski, Partner in our Nonprofit, Government & Healthcare Group, will be presenting the session “Current Issues Facing Exempt Organizations Post-COVID-19” at the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA) Exempt Organizations Conference Webcast on December 15. She will be sharing a COVID-19 nonprofit tax update, reporting on loan forgiveness, tax incentives for donors and other CARES Act provisions. She will also address the final regulations on donor disclosure, compensation, and SILOs, developments on private foundations and the new rules on signatures and electronic filings for form CHAR500.
