Marks Paneth LLP is pleased to host the first seminar in the new China Focus Series: Investing in China and the US, presented by the Association of US-China Professional Accountants (AUCPA).  The session, led by business, financial and litigation experts from China and the United States, will introduce the legal and business dynamics of investing and fundraising within and between the capital markets of both countries.

The seminar, delivered primarily in Chinese, will provide timely and practical insights into:

  • The current state of the Chinese venture capital market
  • The current state of the US market for Chinese IPOs
  • The US capital markets’ regulatory regime and how Chinese investors can navigate the system to protect and maximize their investments

The Association of US-China Professional Accountants (AUCPA) is an independent and not-for-profit professional organization that strives to enhance the dialogue and collaboration between professionals in the US and China on a variety of cross-border issues.
